On the day
We kindly request that you endeavour to arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will try to reschedule your allocated time. Unfortunately, sometimes Dr Kozman may not be able to see you if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time.
We kindly request that patients who are new to our practice arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow your details to be recorded prior to your consultation with Dr Kozman.
Inevitably, some patients have more complex problems that take longer to attend to than had been anticipated. We apologise if we keep you waiting for this reason. You may wish to ring ahead to check that we are running on time.
Cancellation of appointments
Appointments with Dr Kozman are usually made several weeks or months in advance. If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please kindly call as soon as possible and let us know. Failure to attend appointments and late cancellations prevent us from offering an earlier time to other patients who are waiting for an appointment.
